• USA Powerlifting California Meet Sanction Preliminary Interest Form

  • Thank you for looking to step up and direct a USA Powerlifting meet!!  We appreciate all those who are interested in giving back to powerlifting and supporting California's growing member base.

This form is a preliminary form for us to collect some basic information about the meet you would like to run, as well as to make sure we are aligned in terms of what is expected from meet directors using USA Powerlifting meets.  As California continues to grow (thank you!), we need to make sure that the rules of USA Powerlifting are followed, that there is consistency in the rules across meets, and also make sure that our lifters are ready for the rules and standards they will see when they get to national-level events.

Once you submit this form, we will review, and if it looks acceptable, you can go ahead and complete the official USA Powerlifting meet sanction form which we will sign.

    Sincerely,

Your California State Chairs (Deborah Counsell, Kurt Navarro, and Nicole Thompson)
