Please submit ONE mileage report for the total miles walked every week that runs from Monday - Sunday.
If you want to change your team name, simply enter the new name in the "Individual or Team Name" box below and we will update it. Use the same e-mail address that you registered with.
You must register for the program prior to submitting a mileage report! If you still need to register you can do so here: Steps with Pets Registration.
