I understand that any false information I have provided will invalidate this and any future applications. I further declare that I am financially and physically able to care for a rescue animal. I understand that proper food and veterinarian care may be costly, and I am able and willing to meet the needs of my rescue animal. I understand and agree to get yearly dog tags and provide Anything's Pawsible Rescue with verifiction including the assigned number. I understand the requirements and grant permission for Home Checks at random, both prior to and following adoption. I submit that if a Home Check reveals falsification or misrepresentation of any facts on my part, Anything's Pawsible Rescue reserves the right to either refuse adoption or to nullify the adoption and reclaim said rescue from my premises without reimbursement of the adoption fees. I also understand that I am never to give my rescue away or to surrender to any animal shelter. If, for any reason whatsoever I am not able or willing to care for my rescue, I am required to contact Anything's Pawsible Rescue to set up an immediate time to surrender the rescue back. I understand going against these requirements can and will lead to legal prosecution. I release A Pawsible Rescue from any liabilities I may incur from the adoption process or by the rescue while in my care.

The Foster understands that animals may behave unpredictably and assume all risks related to fostering, including injury, illness, or property damage.

The Foster agrees to release and hold harmless Anything's Pawsible Rescue, it's discord, officers, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from fostering an animal, including including injury to people, animals, or property.

This agreement is enforceable under Florida Statutes § 768.28.
