Guest agrees to abide by the following Rental Agreement Rules at all times while at the property. Guest further agrees, they shall cause all members of the rental party and/or anyone else Guest permits on the property to always abide by the following Rental Agreement Rules while residing at the property.

Rental Agreement Rules:

-No smoking inside the rooms
-No processing game or fish in/on the property
-Pets are only allowed in designated "pet friendly" rooms

**If ANY Rental Agreement Rules are broken, there will be a $250.00 fine for each rule broke, PLUS any damage/replacement expenses**

Sportsmen Motel reserves the right to keep payment information on file, and the ability to charge guests for:
-Damage caused to the property or furnishings during Guest's stay
-Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning- $250 Cleaning Fee
-Any other cost incurred for Sportsmen Motel due to Guest's stay

If you reserve the room, you are required to pay for it. There will be no refunds for early check-out

Hunters & Fisherman

 No processing game or fish In/On the property

DO NOT put fish, animal hides or any carcass remains in the dumpster. You will rececieve a $250.00 Fine

If this rule can not be followed for the duration of hunting season, the skinning post will be removed from the property for next year.

Pets are only allowed in designated "Pet Friendly" rooms

Your reservation confirmation will show a Pet Friendly Room. If you need a pet friendly room and are not sure if your room allows pets, please call and ask. 

Excessive pet hair in beds or pet waste on motel room floor will warrent a $250.00 Cleaning Fee

Pets will always be leashed outside the motel room when on the Sportsmen Motel property

Guests shall pick up and dispose of any pet waste on the property
