It’s okay if you have one or two conflicts, we just want to know! The more you're able to attend the better! Generally there are at least 6 shoots throughout the year!

PARENTS & SENIOR: READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE SUBMITTING.
By clicking submit, I understand that if I am chosen as a JMP Senior Rep, I will be required to use Jari Mock Photography as my senior photographer and will contractually agree not to use any other photographers for the duration of the senior rep program.I also understand that I have thoroughly read the Senior Rep Info Page and agree to all expectations and requirements of being a JMP Senior Rep.I understand that this application will be reviewed by Jari Mock and that submission does not guarantee acceptance into the program.In addition, I understand that if selected, I am responsible for the cost of my senior session (800 including tax or 650 including tax), with the opportunity to earn cash back through referrals.I also understand that being a JMP Senior Rep is a commitment, and that I am expected to actively participate and fulfill the responsibilities & requirements outlined throughout the program. In the event that these expectations are not met, I understand that I may be responsible for the full value (1500 or 1900) of the senior experience as outlined in the contract.
