Acclaim Autism's Summer Camp will take place in three locations across different dates and time periods.

West Chester Center

• Dates and time: June 17 to August 21 from Monday to Friday 9am-4pm
• Ages: 3-6 only

Lancaster

• Address: Willow Street Untied Church of Christ, 2723 Willow Street Pike Willow Street, PA 17584 
• Dates and time: June 3 to August 21 from Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Ages: 3-17 years old. Clients will be grouped with kids of a similar age and ability.

Philadelphia

• Address: 1410 N 31st St, Philadelphia, PA 19121
• Dates and time: June 17 to August 23 from Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm
• Ages: 3-17 years old. Clients will be grouped with kids of a similar age and ability.
• A transportation service will be available for applications. Indicate your interest near the bottom of this form and we'll be in touch.

Space is limited. Please register only for the dates on which you plan to drop off your child for the full day. A $50 registration fee will be charged to confirm your application. Currently, the camp is open only to existing Acclaim Autism clients. If you wish to become a client, please click New Client Application on the website menu.

The camp value ranges from $4,000 to $5,000 per week, but is discounted to $150 for Acclaim clients with medical insurance. The camp is being run by Acclaim Autism LLC and will be staffed by Acclaim Autism trained staff. Fees cover the summer camp programming, staffing when ABA services are not being provided and help to cover the costs of special visitors to the camp. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee to cover staffing costs for the Summer Camp. Three or more cancellations in a month, or failure to pay the above fee, will result in removal from the camp.

A grant for Philadelphia residents covering part of the cost of camp may be available. Please ask your Clicnial Supervisor for more information.

Special Considerations for Existing Clients:
If your child is currently receiving 35 hours of services per week from Acclaim Autism, they are eligible to join the summer camp without any additional fee. Please select 'Special Considerations for Existing Clients' from the registration dropdown to register without a fee.

The camps will not operate on July 4, 2024. Registering does not guarantee placement. We will confirm placements by sending out consent forms and invoices on or before May 15 for Lancaster and May 31 for other locations. The $50 registration fee will be refunded to clients who are not confirmed to join the camp.
