These are optional and paid directly to the holistic service provider, and will occur on Saturday afternoon. You can select any service you would like and complete this form or email me with your choices. I will book the services for you and provide you with the schedule upon arrival. Payment is due directly to each therapist at time of service. Cash or other electronic form that they may accept.
