I understand that the owner requires a security deposit which should be paid on the booking or reservation date or 24 hours before the start date of the rental agreement. The security deposit will not be applied as a portion of the rental charge.

The security deposit may only be refunded betwen 3-7 business days after the last day of the contract given that there's no physical damage to property and violation of the rental agreement.

By signing this form, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner for any damage, costs, expenses, or liabilities during the occupancy of the rental property.
