By providing a credit card, the guest authorizes the property owner/manager to charge the card for any amounts owed in accordance with this agreement.
No security deposit is required for this rental. However, the guest agrees that their credit card may be charged after checkout for any of the following, if applicable:
Damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment
Missing or stolen items
Excessive cleaning beyond normal use
Violations of house rules (including but not limited to smoking, pets, or unauthorized guests)
Any additional charges incurred during the stay that remain unpaid
The guest understands that charges may be processed without additional notice once the damage or issue has been documented. An itemized explanation will be provided upon request.
By completing the reservation, the guest certifies that they are the authorized cardholder and agree to these terms.
