We at NSC are always looking to add to our team of wonderful faculty!

We hire new instructors in the spring and summer to teach for the next season beginning in the fall. We are always looking for staff who can teach all styles of dance and/or baton twirling for all ages and we assign classes to staff based on need.

The staff at NSC is contracted each year committing to the following:
- Duration of a full season (August-June)
- A weekly class schedule
- Prepared weekly lesson planning
- Attendance at all open houses, dress rehearsals, recitals, our annual studio hosted competition, & staff meetings
- Occasional substitute teaching
