Group Tours

A campus tour can be an exciting and informative step in the college selection process. CSM is happy to host campus tours to large groups by request. If you are a representative of an organization that is interested in scheduling a group tour of one of our campuses, please complete the form below.

What location would you like to request a tour for?
Group tours of the La Plata campus should exceed no more than 60 guests. For tours involving children or students, CSM requires that at least one adult chaperone attends per each 10 students (ex. 24 students would require at least 3 adult chaperones).
Group tours of the La Plata Campus - Vertical Agricultural Lab should exceed no more than 15 guests. For tours involving children or students, CSM requires that at least one adult chaperone attends per each 10 students (ex. 15 students would require at least 2 adult chaperones).
Group tours of the Velocity Center - Makerspace should exceed no more than 15 guests. For tours involving children or students, CSM requires that at least one adult chaperone attends per each 10 students (ex. 15 students would require at least 2 adult chaperones).
Group tours of the Leonardtown campus should exceed no more than 60 guests. For tours involving children or students, CSM requires that at least one adult chaperone attends per each 10 students (ex. 24 students would require at least 3 adult chaperones).
Group tours of the Prince Frederick campus should exceed no more than 60 guests. For tours involving children or students, CSM requires that at least one adult chaperone attends per each 10 students (ex. 24 students would require at least 3 adult chaperones).
Group tours of the Center for Trades and Energy Training should exceed no more than 20 guests. For tours involving children or students, CSM requires that at least one adult chaperone attends for each 10 students (ex. 20 students would require at least 2 adult chaperones).
Group tours of the Health Sciences Building should exceed no more than 60 guests. For tours involving children or students, CSM requires that at least one adult chaperone attends per each 10 students (ex. 24 students would require at least 3 adult chaperones).
How many guests will be participating in this group tour?
The CSM La Plata, Leonardtown, and Prince Frederick Campuses are able to accommodate group tours of up to 60 guests on Wednesdays, from February through May, and from September through November.

So that we can best accommodate your group tour request, we ask that tours are requested at least one month in advance of the desired tour date.

Your requested dates will be reviewed by our Tour team and you will be contacted with confirmation.
The CSM La Plata - Vertical Agricultural Lab is able to accommodate group tours of up to 15 guests from March - April.

The Health Sciences Building is able to accommodate group tours of up to 60 guests on select days from February through May, and from September through November.

Will your group require a space for lunch while on campus?
We will be glad to provide a space for lunch during tours of the La Plata, Leonardtown, Prince Frederick, or Hughesville Campus - Health Sciences Building locations.

Lunch space is not available at the Hughesville Campus - Center for Trades and Energy Training location.

Tour groups will be responsible for bringing their own lunches. Lunch will not be available for purchase during a tour.
