Hello! Thank you for showing interest in my work! To request an appointment with me, please fill out the form below. Submitting a form does not gaurantee an appointment or a response. Each submission will be carefully reviewed to assess how well the concept aligns with my abilities and artistic style. Please note I can not take on every project submitted.

Answer with as much detail as possible. Failure to do so may result in me being unable to book you. This also helps with a quicker booking process, as well as insuring we are on the same page with your design. Please allow up to 2 weeks for a response as I continue to only book 2 months out so in the event of any disasters I dont have to reschedule hundreds of appointments. 

Once your request has been received and reviewed, I will reach out to you via email with an appointment date. In order to book and confirm your appointment date, a $100 deposit must be made to Cash App. I do not accept deposits in any other app(I will take deposits dropped off directly to the shop in cash as well) . If you do not send a deposit, you do not have an appointment. Your deposit is non-refundable, but moveable with 24 hour notice.

My rate is $160 per hour. My appointments are Wednesdays at 5pm, Thursdays at 5pm, Fridays at 5pm, and Saturdays at 9am.

If I have an emergency or there is inclement weather, I will email you.

If you need to reschedule, email me as soon as possible.

***Side note*** double check your email and make sure its 100% correct. When I reply it goes to the email you put in the form and Im not notified of bouncebacks if they are incorrect. 

POLICIES:

• By NYS law, clients must be 18 years of age or older. Bring ID to the appointment.

• I am located at Scarab Body Arts. The address is 215 Walton Street, Syracuse, New York 13202. Downtown parking is not guaranteed so please allow adequite time to find a spot.

• Deposits are required to book and secure an appointment date. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be moved to a rescheduled date if given 24 hours notice.

• Reschedules must be made 24 hours before the appointment. One reschedule is allowed before another deposit must be placed.

• If you do not show up for your appointment, this will result in a loss of deposit.

• If you are 30 minutes late (without contact), this will result in a loss of appointment for the day and loss of deposit. Arriving 10 minutes early would be best to start paperwork.

• If you are sick, please reschedule. You will NOT LOSE A DEPOSIT for being honest. Please put your health first. When your immune system is not working at its full potential, this can cause improper healing for a new tattoo.

• I will NOT tattoo you if you are Pregnant or activeley breastfeeding within the first 6 months post pregnancy. 

• Please be hydrated and bring snacks!

•  I accept cash or Cash App for the remaining balance on the tattoo. Payment is due upon completion of the tattoo. Your deposit goes towards the total cost of your tattoo. If you are doing multiple sessions, your deposit can be moved to the final session.

• Small changes may be made to the tattoo, but any big changes made after I have drawn may result in a reschedule and also a loss of deposit. So, please be detailed and clear in your inquiry.
