Alive After 5 is back and the arts will have an even larger section than years past! Patchogue Arts Council & Equilibrium Booking will be curating art vendors alongside live painters and in collaboration with the AA5 2024 Arts Stage for live original music and poetry!
We will be located on Roe Walkway creating the ARTS ALLEY@ AA5!
Set up begins at 3:30 PM

Submission Details
Submission Deadline: May 25
Notifications: On or before June 1
Artists chosen receive a $100 stipend and a canvas 24x36 will be provided! Works are auctioned to then support more live art. Artist must fill out a w9 to be paid a stipend, which will be issued within 2 weeks after painting, if not sooner.
Submission Guidelines
• Please submit 5 images representative of your work using the following specifications. Make sure the file name is ex: artistname_title
• Social media links | IG, FB, and or Website
• All artists must include at least bio or artist statement.
• Submissions that do not follow ALL of the above guidelines will not be considered.
• Only digital submissions sent by midnight of May 25 , 2024, will be considered.
Artists need to bring their materials including an easel, paint buckets, water, paper towels etc.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a space. This section of the event is curated and does have limited spaces available for painters. All selected artists will be notified.
Load in and out will be easy because you can pull right up to the back end of Roe Walkway in the south side of the PMLIB Parking lot - this is the parking lot across from PAC!
Important Notes:
Set Up/Breakdown: 3:30 PM SHARP. Anyone arriving late will be told that to participate in that evening they must park their vehicle and carry their setup to their designated spot. Vehicles will not be permitted back on site before 9:30 PM, and must be off the street by 10:30 PM. No selling after 9:00 PM.
Artists are responsible for keeping their painting areas clean. All trash and boxes are to be taken with you. No refuse is to be left on the street, the curb. Please keep in mind no electric service is available. Battery operated lanterns are recommended. No animals other than designated service dogs will be permitted as part of your booth set up.
This area of AA5 is also considered family friendly.
