Camp Landa Resort Membership Agreement
Agreement Overview
This agreement between you and Camp Landa Resort sets out the terms of membership as outlined in your confirmation receipt. “You” refers to the person signing this agreement, and “Member” refers to each person you list during sign-up to receive a membership pass. The minimum term of membership is 6 months (the “Minimum Term”).
Household Definition
“Household” refers to individuals residing at the same primary residence as the Member. Camp Landa reserves the right to request proof of residency and limit or deny membership access if this requirement is not met.
Membership Benefits
Each Member receives access to Camp Landa Resort’s amenities including the resort-style pool, Oasis swim-up bar, pickleball courts, jumpy pad, and other recreational areas. Visitation hours typically run from sunrise to sunset but may change at any time. Some benefits are first-come, first-served and subject to availability or change without notice.
Non-Transferable Membership
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individuals listed at the time of sign-up. Camp Landa reserves the right to verify identity at any time.
Guest Policy
Members may bring up to 2 guests per day for $25 per guest (holidays excluded). Guests must be accompanied by a Member and check in upon arrival. Camp Landa reserves the right to limit guest access during peak times or restrict repeated guest usage.
Capacity & Access
Access to Camp Landa amenities is subject to capacity limits and availability. Entry may be restricted during peak times, private events, or for safety reasons.
No Outside Alcohol or Glass Containers
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, outside alcohol and glass containers are not permitted. Members are welcome to enjoy food from Yum Yum and drinks from the Oasis swim-up bar. Exceptions may be made for baby food, bottled water, or items needed for medical purposes.
Payment & Billing
Memberships must be paid in full at the time of sign-up. You authorize Camp Landa to charge your designated card for all membership payments, applicable taxes, fees, and any incurred charges. Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of membership access until resolved.
Term & Expiration
Memberships are valid for the selected term and will expire at the end of that period unless renewed. Memberships do not automatically renew.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring valid payment methods are on file. Camp Landa is not required to issue refunds for non-use.
Rules & Conduct
Members and guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions at all times. Camp Landa reserves the right to remove or suspend access for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
Minors
All minors must be supervised at all times by an adult Member.
Damages & Charges
Members are responsible for any damage to Camp Landa property caused by themselves or their guests. Camp Landa may charge the card on file for repair or replacement costs.
Minimum Term & Termination
Memberships cannot be cancelled during the Minimum Term. If you cancel early, you will be charged a Termination Fee equal to the remaining payments through the end of the term.
Revocation or Suspension
Camp Landa reserves the right to suspend or revoke memberships for misconduct, non-payment, or policy violations. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Release of Liability
By entering Camp Landa, you acknowledge risks such as slips, falls, and injury. You voluntarily assume these risks and release Camp Landa Resort, its employees, and affiliates from liability for any harm or damages, including to household members and guests. This release is governed by Texas law.
Arbitration
Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Comal County, Texas. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Blackout Dates & Contact Info
Certain blackout dates may apply. Members will be notified in advance. Contact information updates may be made at the Campstore.
Policy Updates
Camp Landa reserves the right to update membership terms, policies, and benefits at any time. Members will be notified of material changes.
Photo & Media Release
By using the facilities, you grant permission to Camp Landa to use photos or video taken of you and your household for promotional purposes. You may opt out by submitting a written request to Camp Landa.
Acknowledgment
By signing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and signing on behalf of yourself and your household. You agree to abide by all terms outlined in this agreement and confirm you have received a complete copy.
