Camp Landa Resort Membership Agreement
Agreement Overview
This agreement between you and Camp Landa Resort sets out the terms of membership as outlined in your confirmation receipt. “You” refers to the person signing this agreement, and “Member” refers to each person you list during sign-up to receive a membership pass. The minimum term of membership is 3 months (the 'Minimum Term').
Membership Benefits
Each Member receives access to Camp Landa Resort’s amenities including the resort-style pool, Oasis swim-up bar, pickleball courts, jumpy pad, and other recreational areas. Visitation hours generally run from sunrise to sunset and may vary seasonally. Some benefits are first-come, first-served and subject to availability or change without notice.
Guest Policy
Members may bring up to 2 guests per day for $25 per guest (holidays excluded). Guests must be accompanied by a Member and check in upon arrival.
No Outside Alcohol or Glass Containers
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, outside alcohol and glass containers are not permitted. Members are welcome to enjoy delicious food from Yum Yum and refreshing drinks from the Oasis swim-up bar. Exceptions may be made for baby food, bottled water, or items needed for medical purposes.
Payment & Billing
Memberships must be paid in full at the time of sign-up. You authorize Camp Landa to charge your designated card for all membership payments, applicable taxes, fees, and any incurred charges. Payments are due on the sign-up date each term period.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring valid payment methods are on file. Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation. Camp Landa is not required to issue refunds for non-use.
Minimum Term & Termination
Memberships cannot be cancelled during the Minimum Term. If you cancel early, you will be charged a Termination Fee equal to the remaining payments through the end of the term.
Revocation or Suspension
Camp Landa reserves the right to suspend or revoke memberships for misconduct, non-payment, or policy violations. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Release of Liability
By entering Camp Landa, you acknowledge risks such as slips, falls, and injury. You voluntarily assume these risks and release Camp Landa Resort, its employees, and affiliates from liability for any harm or damages, including to household members and guests. This release is governed by Texas law.
Arbitration
Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Comal County, Texas.
Blackout Dates & Contact Info
Certain blackout dates may apply. Members will be notified in advance. Address or contact information updates may be made at the Campstore.
Photo & Media Release
By using the facilities, you grant permission to Camp Landa to use photos or video taken of you and your household for promotional purposes.
Acknowledgment
By signing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and signing on behalf of yourself and your household. You agree to abide by all terms outlined in this agreement and confirm you’ve received a complete copy.
