VENUE: LA PLAZA DE CULTURA Y ARTES LOCATED: 501 N MAIN STREET, LOS ANGELES, CA 90012 PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS: Current Food handlers permit for each staff member and/or Current L.A. County (ONLY) Issued Health permits (Copies will need to be emailed to info@afrolatinoeducation.org) You will also need a Sellers Permit or Temp Sellers Permit L.A. County is also requiring a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Permit L.A. COUNTY requires a fee of $184 for the Permit We are also requiring a $200 Festival Food Vendor fee to cover operational cost WE WILL EMAIL ALL VENDORS WE APPROVE WITH REQUIRED LA COUNTY (TFF) APPLICATION WE WILL OFFER PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS OF $128/MONTH WITH FINAL PAYMENT TOTALING $384 DUE JUNE 1st, 2025. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS
