Terms & Conditions Please read over and fill it out carefully. Once you click the submit button at the end it will take you to Paypal to complete payment of the deposit. You do not have to have a Paypal account to complete the payment. You can just enter in your card or bank information.
Deposit and Payment. Retainer is due upon booking and non-refundable. The Modified Grow With Me Plan includes 3 sessions (newborn, 6months & one year). Each session is a 30-40 minutes except for the Newborn (2-3hrs) and a 1yr Cake Smash (1hr). You will receive 30-40 high resolution images from each session and you will be given a print release that allows you to print images as you wish. An 11x14 print of your choice will be provided with the Newborn Session.*

The client agrees to positive cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this agreement. Celesa Felix Photography is not responsible for key individuals’ failure to be present or to cooperate during photography sessions, or for missed images due to details not revealed to Celesa Felix Photography. No Guaranteed Results- Photographer will make a good faith effort to achieve Client’s desired results. However, young children are inherently more challenging to photograph and may experience behavioral or attention-related problems during the session. Client acknowledges that Photographer cannot and will not guarantee any particular results. If Client’s child does not or cannot cooperate during the session, Client is still responsible for full payment under this Agreement due to time allotted for the session. Please note Celesa Felix has vast experience photographing children and will make all efforts to create cooperative experience with the young clients.*

Cancellation. In the event of an illness, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. If Celesa Felix Photography cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return any deposit or sitting fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Studio/Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Studio/Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.*

I give my consent to have my images be featured on Facebook / Instagram. I will allow images of myself/my minor child to be used for promotional purposes for Celesa Felix Photography. Such uses include but are not limited to display on website, blog printed materials, portfolio samples, wall displays, marketing and print competitions and vendors use photos. I hereby release Photographer from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. Please note that if you decline to check this box you will not get a 'sneak peak'*
