Please read completely and Agree below to move forward with your applcation.

By securing your VIP application, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions:

• I understand there is a cathartic nature to this work and it may stir up various emotions within me.
• I confirm that I am of healthy and stable mental, physical, emotional and psychological health and able to manage changes that may arise through participating in this 1:1 container.
• I understand I am responsible in asking for and accessing support if/when needed. This includes asking questions of Jade Lesha if I don’t understand, & reaching out if I feel stuck, resistant, or triggered.
• I recognise that anything I share within this container is regarded as confidential, unless direct permission has been granted by youself.
• I understand that in purchasing the 1:1 VIP package I am agreeing to these conditions, & that this is a legal & binding document.
• I understand there are no refunds once the purchase has been made.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds on the VIP 1:1 package.

If on a payment plan, the inital $1500 from your booking will be taken as the deposit (payment plan & full payments) & is also strictly non-refundable.

If for some reason you become unable to continue with this package due to unforseen circumstances, your remaining payments/credits may be eligible for use at a future retreat, or 1:1 offering with Jade, minus an administration fee of $300AUD, provided you give a legitimate medical, pyschological reason, or circumstance outside of your control. 

This can then be assessed by the Feminine Wilde Team, on a case by case basis.

The deposit will be kept in full.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• TIME COMMITMENTS & DATES:
  This VIP package is a specific offering that requires time commitments for Jade Lesha to set aside & allocate. As such, you agree that this package is non refundable, & the in person dates are non changeable.

  You agree that if for whatever reason you can't attend either of the set weekend day dates, or you cancel these set dates, these in person dates are non-transferable & this part of your package is non refundable.

  You agree to schedule the times & dates agreed to above.
  You also agree that in entering this VIP program, you will show up to it fully.

  This includes: agreeing to & commiting to scheduling space in your calendar daily for:
  homework, practises, & tools that Jade Lesha provides.
  You also agree to hold an attitude of willingness & action, & you agree that you understand to get the fullest benefit from this VIP package you will commit & apply yourself fully to the process, knowing you are the most powerful part of this journey together.

  APPOINTMENTS:
  You agree to being responsible to mark the times in your calendar for the above set dates.
  Online dates, you agree to allowing 48hrs prior notice for any changes, if less than 48hrs notice is given (outside of exceptional circumstances/sick/injured etc), this will be considered having used your session & will not be transferred to another date.

  SELF RESPONSIBILITY:

  You agree to show up fully for yourself, to be honest, to allow yourself to be real, & that you give yourself permission to allow your emotions, feelings, issues to arise, & that you understand this is a space where they are welcome.

  You also agree to apply yourself fully in the processes offered, & understand that it is your intention & follow through that will create the most potent impact. You agree that you don't expect Jade Lesha to do the work for you, & at the same time will allow her to support you in your transformation.

  This includes the understanding that you are your own sovereign woman, & that you commit to being honest with yourself, & agree to use your discernment throughout this journey. If something doesn't feel right for you, you will undertake to name it with Jade Lesha, & work through it with transparency, respect & knowing that it is also part of the process.

  Also you agree that the nature of the work we are embarking on is a journey, & all the things we work on together are designed as foundation building for the rest of your life, & that this process is a life long journey within yourself.

  As such you agree that you understand although we will be working deeply & directly, there are no 100% predictions for the 'final outcome'. Also, that being said you agree to being open minded, & allowing the process & it's full potency to unfold as it will.

  You also understand that your full commitment to showing up for the whole process (including homework, & practises outside of our inperson time together) is an essential key ingredient & you agree to doing this to your best ability.

  I understand that Jade Lesha's time slots are limited and I am committed to completing the entire process. If for any reason I do not complete the online sessions within the 3-6 or 12 month timeframe I agree that there are no refunds or exchange, as this time commitment has been alloted for me, & as such has taken the spot Jade Lesha's other clients/offerings.
