This form collects information required and requested for teenagers 14 and older who may want to serve as volunteers for kids summer CazArts classes. PLEASE NOTE: Answers to the optional questions will help us to coordinate the volunteers better, so please answer all you can.

Are you or do you have a high schooler that is interested in volunteering to work with kids? Fulfill volunteer hours (or just volunteer for the experience!) and sign up to assist in kids programming this summer! Must be 14 or older.

Volunteer hours are 12:30-4:15PM Monday-Friday. Volunteers who can commit to a full week will be considered first.

As a volunteer you will be expected to:
- enjoy working with kids!
- help with set up and clean up.
- be engaged with helping the children.
- possibly pick children up from another location in Cazenovia and walk them to Carpenter's Barn.
- follow the teachers instructions on how she needs your assistance.
- respond to calls or emails from teacher or Program Coordinator.
