I understand that the Convenience Fee I paid to reserve my appointment is NON-REFUNDABLE. This fee covers travel and does not include any exams or services provided at the visit. I will be prepared to settle any additional charges at the visit.

If my pet is not manageable, I understand that I may need to reschedule my visit, or I may be asked to bring my pet to the clinic for further restraint.
