Please be aware that the committee will make every attempt possible to accommodate your preference (near electricity). However, the available number of booth and locations are limited.

Important Event Information

Event begins at 5 pm on Friday, June 28, and ends at 6 pm on Saturday, June 29. Booth setup can be on Friday at anytime. Booths must be completed no later than 9 am on Saturday, June 29. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, but will be given electrical and water access if needed. All food vendors will be subject to inspection by the local health department, please have the proper permit(s) for approval.

Liability release

I (we) have read, understand and will abide by the rules of the Polk County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) as defined herein. I (we) attest that the information provided on this application form is true and correct and I (we) absolve and hold harmless the Chamber and/or any individual(s) associated with these entities from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or claims of loss and/or damages arising out of, or in connection with Polk County Chamber of Commerce’s Cook-Off event aka “Smoke in the Pines BBQ Cook-Off.” I (we) also understand that I (we) are responsible for and will provide all necessary permits, insurance and certificates required in accordance with the terms and conditions of this event and this liability release.
