  • To make a reservation, choose your buildings, specialty activities, and equipment on the form below. Check availability of dates and locations on the Property Reservation calendar.

    Reservations must be made a minimum of four weeks in advance. Rentals are not guaranteed until a deposit of 50% is paid. Rentals must be paid in full a minimum of four weeks in advance. 

    When you submit this form, you will recieve a confirmation of the information entered; this is confirmation that we have received your reservation request and not a confirmation of your rental. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder. Reservations are processed every Tuesday in the order in which they are received. Your official rental confirmation will come from troopcamping@girlscoutsgwm.org.

  • Rental Spaces & Fees

    Please select the buildings for your rental. For more information about each rental space, please see the GSGWM Troop Camping Guide. Please note that overnight and day rentals can be combined for a longer rental period. For example, a one night overnight starting at 11am one day and going until 5pm the next day would include an overnight and a day rental. A one night overnight starting at 11am one day and ending at 11am the next day only includes an overnight rental.

  • Specialty Activities

    Specialty activities available include archery, airsoft, slingshots, hatchets, low ropes & teambuilding, climbing tower, pool swimming, lake swimming, and boating. Please note that not all activities are available at all properties or during all seasons. Additional information regarding specialty activities may be found in the Troop Camping Guide.

    Rentals are not guaranteed until a deposit of 50% is paid. Rentals must be paid in full a minimum of four weeks in advance.

    Cancellations:
    Troops can cancel their camping reservation by contacting Customer Care or replying to their confirmation email in writing at any time. See the date cutoffs below for refund eligibility.

    • Up to four weeks prior to the reservation date: Refunded in full.

    • Within four weeks of the reservation date: Refund of specialist and equipment fees only.
