Security Deposit $50 (non-refundable):
The security deposit secures your date on the calendar and also any costs related to cleaning of the rental area. Note: The security deposit is separate from the rental fee and the facility is rented in 4 hour increments. Each fee option listed below includes a security deposit already.
1) Banquet Room with Kitchen (non-member rate) 8 Hours: $450
This option allows for any food preparation or service. Includes a $50 security deposit (non-refundable)
2) Banquet Room without Kitchen (non-member rate) 8 Hours: $400
This option allows for Dining Hall use only without the kitchen. Includes a $50 security deposit (non-refundable)
3) Banquet Room with Kitchen (non-member rate) 4 Hours: $350
This option allows for any food preparation or service. Includes a $50 security deposit (non-refundable)
4) Banquet Room without Kitchen (non-member rate) 4 Hours: $300
This option allows for Dining Hall use only without the kitchen. Includes a $50 security deposit (non-refundable)
5) Banquet Room with Kitchen (member rate) 8 Hours: $150
This option allows for any food preparation or service. **Note: To get this rate you have to be an active member involved with any of the groups associated with the Port Orchard Masonic Center.
6) Banquet Room with Kitchen (non-profit rate) 8 Hours: $300
This option allows for any food preparation or service. **Note: To qualify for the non-profit rate you have to show proof of current non-profit status. Includes a $50 security deposit (non-refundable)

Hold Harmless Agreement:
The organization/group/individual above stated agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Port Orchard John Paul Jones Lodge #98, its officers, employees and agents from any and all claims for injury to person (including death) or property arising out of or in any way connected to its/our use of the rented Masonic Lodge Building space except to the extent any such claims may arise from any act or omission of the Building Association of Port Orchard John Paul Jones Lodge #98. By signing this application you also agree to the terms and conditions of the rental policy that is attached below.
