Complimentary Service
Every day we operate two supermarket runs at 3:00pm and 4:00pm.

How does it work?

You will be picked up from your accomodation by one of our staff and driven to the local grocery store. Please allow up to 15 minutes delay as our drivers may be picking up other guests first, or weather/traffic conditions may be unpredictable.

After being dropped off at the grocery store, you will have 90 minutes to complete your shopping. Our staff will be ready to pick you up from the grocery store and drive you back to your accomodation.

Please note:
- Only 1-2 people can attend the supermarket run, to accomodate car space for other guests.
- Requests must be made at least 4 hrs in advance (last-minute requests cannot be accomodated).
- If you need to cancel or re-schedule, please contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone call.
