SUBMISSION NOTIFICATION: The submission results email will be sent by Friday, March 27th, 2025. Note: If you do not receive an email by this date at the end of the day, contact H&G ASAP to confirm your submission results.
ARTWORK RECEIVING: April 9-10 (Thursday-Friday) 11:00 AM-6:00 PM (unless other arrangements have been made)
SHOW DATES: April 17-June 19, 2026
RECEPTION: Friday, April 17, 2026, 5:00 - 9:00 PM
END OF SHOW, ARTWORK PICK UP DEADLINE: June 30, 2026 (Unsold work can be picked up after June 30th, during gallery hours: M-F 11 AM-6 PM)
EXHIBITION LOCATION: 1355 Market St., San Francisco, CA, Suite 100. All work will remain on display in our new gallery from April 17 to June 19, 2026, and online on our Artsy page and our website.
SUBMISSION FEE: $25
This fee supports the administrative costs of producing the exhibition and encourages serious submissions. If the fee presents a hardship, please email dee@huntandgathersf.com to request a waiver. We’re committed to accessibility and will consider each request thoughtfully.
Participating Artists are required to attend the Artist Reception on April 17 unless prior arrangements have been made. You will receive a response by March 27 notifying you which art piece(s) you submitted have been selected for the show. You may upload up to 10 artworks for submission. We may select one or more submitted works, depending on their size and the total number of submissions.
If your work sells, we offer a 50/50 split, with the artist and gallery earning 50%. Please price your work accordingly. Please note: an additional 10-20% price increase will be applied to each piece, depending on the platform (in-person or online). This will not affect your payout. Your payout will always be 50% of the price you submit.
We are looking for a good mix of small, medium, and large work. Work should not exceed 40" in width or height.
