  • REQUEST FOR CASH PAYMENT

    In order to validate your request for cash payment, we need the following information:

    • Justification - Justification for the cash payment in your specific case.
    • Currency - Let us know whether you would like to make your cash payment in EUR or USD.
    • Declaration - Binding declaration that you will pay this amount in cash in St. Kitts.

    BPW International will inform you as soon as possible whether your request has been accepted. The date and time of receipt of the application e-mail determine the Early Bird, Standard or Late price category. Please understand that BPW International bears the risk for all costs arising from the order with cash payment. Cash payment will therefore only be accepted in exceptional cases.

    Registration
    1. Fill in the registration form and submit it. You will receive an email with all your data. Please keep it for the Registration Desk in St. Kitts.
    2. Payment: BPW International will inform you as soon as possible whether your request has been accepted. 

    Fees

    1. To get Early Bird registration fee, receipt of payment or payment order must be issued on or before 15th October 2024.

    Acceptance of Registration
    Every person (members and non-members) who would like to attend the XXXI BPW International Congress, must submit a registration form.
    International Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW International) reserves the right to determine eligibility of registrants / applicants of non-members.

    Cancellation Policy
    The cancellation fee is charged in percentage of total registration fee. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance.

    1. If you cancel prior to 31 September 2024, the cancellation fee is 25%
    2. If you cancel between 1 and 31 October 2024, the cancellation fee is 50%
    3. No refund for cancellation from 1 November 2024 onward.  

  • Data Protection

    This data will be stored at BPW International. The data will be used exclusively for the International Congress 2024 in St. Kitts. After the International Congress 2024 the data will be stored in the Archives of BPW International. On request the data will be deleted (only after the International Congress 2024).
