The following instructions outline the purpose and expectations for School Day Trips and Sports Fixtures.
Please complete this consent form to give permission for your son/daughter to take part in off-site activities arranged by the School. Separate written consent will not be requested for the majority of off-site activities. These include sports fixtures and trips which are part of, or related to, the school curriculum and other enrichment activities. All of the events are set out in the school calendar which is available online.
If you subsequently wish to withdraw your consent to your child taking part in an off-site activity, please inform the School in writing before the activity takes place. We would remind you that it is the School’s policy that if your child is selected for a school match, it is expected that he or she will participate. In these circumstances, there are special conditions around requesting permission to be excused – please see section 9(d) of the current school Terms and Conditions.
Separate prior consent will be requested for any events that incur costs.
