**DUE BY MAY 8th** ***ONLY FILL THIS OUT IF YOUR CHILD PLAYS HOCKEY & WILL BE PLAYING IN THE UP COMING SEASON 2024/2025*** We are selling corn as a fundraiser for minor hockey again this year! Please fill this form out for each child you have in minor hockey. Each child in hockey has 100 cobs (they come in bags of 50 so you’ll get two bags per kid) built into fees for $100 ($1 per cob). You can sell these cobs to family/friends to reimburse your money which is already paid with your registration fees. IT IS NOT MANDATORY TO SELL CORN, but helps cover the cost of your fees. If you’d like more than this please add how many additional bags you’d like at the bottom of the form. The 100 first cobs money is built into hockey registration fees & if you ask for extra cobs over 100 per player, you'll be required to pay for the additional 50 cob bag for $50 per bag. *If your registration is not paid at the time of corns arrival, you will have to pay cash for the corn before you take it*

You will pay cash the day of pick up if you’d like to order additional cobs to sell to help fundraise for our minor hockey association. If you don’t want extra type 0 in the blank. Each child gets 2 bags automatically. Type 0 if no extras wanted. Only type how many bags EXTRA you want, not the number of cobs. There are 50 cobs in each bag.

Corn will come mid August pending what the growing season is like. An email will be sent out with exact date that corn will arrive in town and you must pick up that day. If you can't, please arrange someone else to pick it up for you.

We cannot pull cobs out of bags to give to people who have bought from you at the pick up location. It is just too choatic to try to keep up with that. Please only have people come to the pick up location if you are having them pick up all of your corn for you. (If you're a helper of distributing corn, you may have your corn you're selling picked up at our pick up location though)

We will have a traffic stream to pull through to get your corn bags. Please check with Summer/whoever has the clipboard keeping track of pick ups that you got your corn.
