Tier Placement

Based on the self-evaluation and subsequent discussion, the Client reserves the right to assign the shooter to a specific tier or category, indicating their level of performance and associated benefits or responsibilities.
Tier Determination Factors
*
MMC may consider factors such as consistency, quality of work, feedback from clients, adherence to deadlines, and any additional criteria deemed relevant in determining the shooter's tier placement.
Evaluation Frequency
*
The self-evaluation and tier placement process will be conducted [semi-annually, annually, etc.], or as otherwise agreed upon between the parties.
