Appointment Policies
By booking with Rooted by Kae West (in alliance with Kay West Enterprises LLC), you agree to the following:

• Full payment required at booking via Zelle or Venmo. No payment, no service.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment request is accepted.
• Sessions are virtual/phone — please provide a valid and reachable phone number.
• Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that, the session is canceled.
• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. No-call/no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges.
• Respect and professionalism are required. Disrespectful behavior results in immediate termination of service.

After your session, reviews are appreciated on Yelp or Facebook (search: Rooted by Kae West).
