    Payment for selected events must be paid within 3 days of submission of this application. If not paid in full, your spot is not secured and you will have to reapply. This is a first come first serve market, so just because you applied does not mean you are attending. 

    ArtiSUN Markets reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. We make every effort to be fair, but we also have to make difficult decisions on approvals in order to have a healthy and successful market for everyone.

  • For outside vendors, I have up to a 10 X 10 tent with weights, and I will provide my own tables and chairs as ArtiSun Markets DOES NOT provide them for you (FOR MANDARIN MYSTIK MARKET, 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided.Vendor may bring an additional 6ft table and other booth setups if desired.)*
  • *** Vendors that do not show up for their booked market without notice to ArtiSUN Markets will not be invited back to any future ArtiSUN Markets events. We promote, market and reserve your spot with the assurance that you will be attending. Furthermore, any future events that you have booked and paid for will be forfit and canceled with no refund. Showing up is a courtesy to the market hosts, your fellow vendors and the market customers. ***

    By signing and dating this form, I agree to all terms and conditions of this form/agreement. 

     

  • Once your application has been submitted & reviewed, we will evaluate our availability for the date & location you've requested as well as check already confirmed vendors for similar product sellers. We do expect there to be more than one participant per category (e.g. jewelry, candles, baked goods, art, clothing) at each market and our goal is to verify that the items will be different enough in their presentation to not be in direct competition with one another. We will also try to limit same-category businesses per market in general.

    If we find that your business is a good fit for the market you requested, we will send you a follow-up payment form. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received in full.
