For outside vendors, I have up to a 10 X 10 tent with weights, and I will provide my own tables and chairs as ArtiSun Markets DOES NOT provide them for you (FOR MANDARIN MYSTIK MARKET, 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided.Vendor may bring an additional 6ft table and other booth setups if desired.)*

ArtiSUN Markets or Property Owner/Manager are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items during the event. Also, vendors are responsible for any damages they may cause to the property during the event.*

All vendors will act in a professional, courteous manner and will respect the premises and people we will be working with throughout the day. Any violators will be asked to leave and not return.*

All vendor fees are non-refundable. This is a rain or shine event. We will never knowingly put you in harms way and we will cancel if it is absolutely necessary, however, we cannot control the weather and do not refund due to weather. ArtiSUN Markets is not responsible for vendors double booking our events. There are no refunds and no transfers to be given if this occurs, so be careful of your own schedules. ArtiSUN Markets does not have a "change-your-mind policy. Vendor fees are non-refundable and transfers are not guaranteed.*

*** Vendors that do not show up for their booked market without notice to ArtiSUN Markets will not be invited back to any future ArtiSUN Markets events. We promote, market and reserve your spot with the assurance that you will be attending. Furthermore, any future events that you have booked and paid for will be forfit and canceled with no refund. Showing up is a courtesy to the market hosts, your fellow vendors and the market customers. ***

Once your application has been submitted & reviewed, we will evaluate our availability for the date & location you've requested as well as check already confirmed vendors for similar product sellers. We do expect there to be more than one participant per category (e.g. jewelry, candles, baked goods, art, clothing) at each market and our goal is to verify that the items will be different enough in their presentation to not be in direct competition with one another. We will also try to limit same-category businesses per market in general.

If we find that your business is a good fit for the market you requested, we will send you a follow-up payment form. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received in full.
