    New homeowner of a Panorama Hills property, use this form to update the Panorama Hills Residents Association Ltd. of all occupants at your property and to receive your access pass to the Panorama Hills Community Centre.
  • Select "yes" option if you wish to receive your annual membership invoice by mail. By default, PHRA communicates digitally, and all members will continue to receive invoices and notices by email. Choosing mail means a paper invoice will be sent in addition to the email notice.

     

    To reduce costs and paper use, PHRA strongly encourages digital communication. Please note that mail delivery applies to the invoice only—all regular communications, updates, and reminders will continue to be sent by email. Members are responsible for paying their invoice by the due date and should not wait for mailed delivery to submit payment.

  • The primary contact is a property owner that is listed on the land title certificate and whose name will appear on the annual invoice. This contact will receive all important updates from the PHRA and have full online access to all account members for registration purposes.

  • ONE Membership card will be issued, per user, aged 12 years and older. Lost cards will be replaced at a charge of $25.00.

  • A property management company is a business that handles the daily operations and management of real estate properties on behalf of property owners. The property owner must provide documentation or an email to appoint a property representative. After this proof is provided the management company can provide tenant access on behalf of the property owner.
