CANCELLATION POLICY/FINES

Full time vendors will have 5 cancellations before being removed from the market.

1-3 cancellations $20 cancellation fee

4-5 cancellations $50 cancellation fee

Part time vendors will have 3 cancellations before being removed from the market

1-3 cancellations $20 cancellation fee

**IF YOU EXCEED THE CANCELLATION LIMITS, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM ALL EVENTS AT DESERT WEST AND PS I LOVE AZ**

**PLEASE ONLY APPLY FOR DATES YOU PLAN TO ATTEND. ANY CHANGES TO DATES ONCE APPROVED WILL COUNT TOWARDS CANCELLATIONS AND MAY AFFECT YOUR APPROVAL TO DESERT WEST.

EARLY CLOSE DOWN: Vendors who pack up before the official close of the market or drive into the market before 1:15pm will be charged a $50 fine.

NO SHOW: Vendors who do not show up, without communicating to the Market Manager will be fined $50.

Please Note: When the market lists are full, we start turning vendors away. When we tell vendors we are full, they then find a market with an opening. Because of this, finding vendors last minute is VERY difficult and really negatively affects the market.
NEW THIS SEASON

Sales Reporting Compliance Policy

To ensure fairness and compliance with market guidelines, the Desert West Market will conduct routine sales reporting checks. Each week, 10 vendors will be randomly selected to submit a copy of their sales report for review.

Vendors selected for review will be notified and required to provide accurate and complete sales records for the specified market date(s) within the requested timeframe. Failure to submit the requested documentation or providing inaccurate information will result in penalties. 1st time- $50 fine | 2nd time- removal from all events.

By submitting an application and participating in the market, vendors agree to comply with this policy and maintain proper sales records as required.
