The duties of a summer camp counselor will include the following and other duties as assigned:

3. Behavior Management: Addressing and managing camper behavior, including resolving conflicts, enforcing rules, and providing guidance and following the discipline plan of action when necessary.

5. Role Modeling: Serving as a positive role model for campers by demonstrating good behavior, responsibility, and respect for others.
6. Communication: Communicating regularly with campers, fellow counselors, camp leadership, and parents/guardians to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure a smooth camp experience for everyone involved.
7. Camp Maintenance: Assisting with various camp maintenance tasks such as cleaning areas, setting up equipment, and ensuring facilities are safe and functional.
