Application is due December 1, 2024. Acceptance or denial emails will be issued by January 1st, 2025. Payments due by January 7th, 2025 If not received, your spot will go to someone else. Show will be held at Michael’s Banquets 4885 Southwestern Blvd Hamburg, NY 14075. February 22 & 23, 2025. 10:00am- 5:00pm.

If selected, an 8ft table & 2 chairs are included with pricing. If you have space left and your display requires an extra table etc. It is up to you to bring it and not go over your dedicated space as marked. Spaces with electricity are very limited and there is no guarantee you will get it, so please be prepared to improvise the type of space is needed:

If accepted & you need to cancel, you must provide at least 30 days' notice to the venue organizers and 50% of your table/ booth fee will be refunded. If notified after 30 days, you will not get a refund of fee and will be charged $75.00 inconvenience fee.
