If selected, an 8ft table & 2 chairs are included with pricing. If you have space left and your display requires an extra table etc. It is up to you to bring it and not go over your dedicated space as marked. Spaces with electricity are very limited and there is no guarantee you will get it, so please be prepared to improvise the type of space is needed:
8x8 space with electricity 1 table 2 chairs $230.00
16x16 space with electricity 2 tables 2 chairs $325.00
8x6 space no electricity 1 table 2 chairs $200.00
16x12 space no electricity 2 tables 2 chairs $275.00
1 6ft table 2 chairs with electricity $150.00

If accepted & you need to cancel, you must provide at least 30 days' notice to the venue organizers and 50% of your table/ booth fee will be refunded. If notified after 30 days, you will not get a refund of fee and will be charged $75.00 inconvenience fee.
