For Landlords who would like to provide permission to their tenants to access Panorama Hills Community Centre and the amenities, programs, events and facility rental opportunities provided by the Panorama Hills RA Ltd.
PLEASE READ

This form MUST be filled out by the Property Owner OR an authorized representative (such as a Property Management Company). The Property Owner(s) on the Land Title remains responsible for paying the annual Residents Association fee.

If the tenant fills out this form, the form will not be processed.

Please Note:
• The Panorama Hills RA Ltd. Fees must be in good standing before privileges can be transferred to tenants.
• Either the property owner OR the tenant(s) can have membership privileges, not both.
• It is the property owner’s responsibility to give written notice to the Panorama Hills RA Ltd. of any tenancy changes/updates.
• It is the property owner’s responsibility to give written notice to the Panorama Hills Residents Association of where to invoice all PHRA Fees.
