2024 Stake Young Women's Camp

This event is for all young women. It will be held July 15-19th at Cascade Park and will be centered around "Discovering Your Dream Self". In order to complete registration you must upload the church's Permission & Medical Release Form and upload a "head shot" photo of your daughter. Registration will be complete once you receive a "Thank you" screen after your submission.

Once signed and completed, please save and upload in the box provided below. This form is essential. Your daughter will not be able to attend Young Women's Camp without its submission.

Prescription Medication Information & Consent

All prescription medication must be in the original bottle from the pharmacy with doctor's instructions. All over the counter medication must also be in its original container, and stored in a large Zip-loc bag with the youth participant's name boldly labeled with indelible ink. Please provide this medication to the camp nurse upon arrival to Cascade Park.
Youth Participant Conduct Agreement

Participants’ conduct and interactions should abide by Church standards and exemplify Christ like behavior.
