ISPROUT Age 3 to 5 Assessment Opt-In Administration

The Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) invites Corporation Test Coordinators or School Test Coordinators and Early Care and Education Program Administrators to submit this form on behalf of their school or program to formally opt-in to administer ISPROUT to all children ages three through five. Contact IDOE’s Office of Kindergarten Readiness with questions.
