ALL TABLES ARE OFFERED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. BY COMPLETING THIS FORM AND DEPOSITING, YOU ARE GUARANTEEING THE TOTAL NUMBER OF TABLES FOR YOURSELF. THERE ARE AROUND 115 TABLES IN TOTAL.
All tables will be under cover around the 1st through 3rd base concourse level. There will be one entrance to the show for all patrons with food/drink available inside the event via two concession stands plus a Market for snacks. Please consider supporting the concession stands, as I have a pretty big minimum of $5000 to hit.
Table prices are as follows and ALL are 8 feet by 2.5 feet. Two chairs per table and two vendor tags for free admission are provided at no extra charge. Each dealer is limited to three tables for purchase, or 24 feet of event space per signup. As mentioned previously, there will be a special Gate 3 that leads to the concourse with a ramp to your table from 6:30 AM - 9 AM. The facility does NOT allow entry prior to 6:30 AM.

Shelving units and pop-up banners are allowed behind you as long as they are not impeding on the space of a neighboring dealer. Table coverings are not provided but are REQUIRED. You can rent them below for an additional $5 each, per table. They would be black in color. If you forget them day of show, you will be required to rent them from Best Flippin' Card Promotions and quantities may be limited, if we are not made aware in advance that you require one.
A non-refundable deposit of $70.00 is required PER TABLE to reserve your spot. Table locations will be provided at a later date via email and/or social media. We make no guarantees on where a table may be located within the facility.
