Agreement

This is a valid agreement between the registrant and FeatheredVine Studio.
This agreement ("Agreement") is between FeatheredVine Studio ("FeatheredVine Studio") and you, the special individual registering for a Forever Site First Name Last Name ("Subscriber").

1. Subscription and Payment Terms:
- You agree to pay the subscription fee for the Forever Site service as specified by FeatheredVine Studio.
- Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
- You agree to keep your subscription active for the lifetime of this platform to maintain access to your Forever Site.
2. Pause and Reactivation:
- If you need a break, just give us a heads-up at least one month in advance. We can pause your subscription for a specified period.
- During the paused period, your Forever Site will not be accessible to you or your loved ones.
- You can reactivate your subscription after the paused period to regain access to your Forever Site.
3. Website Access:
- We'll provide you with access to your Forever Site for the lifetime of this platform for as long as your subscription is active.
4. Promise of Continuation:
- We promise to keep your Forever Site active for the lifetime of this platform in the event of your passing, provided that your subscription has been active for more than 12 months at the time of passing.
5. Termination:
- Either of us can say goodbye with a simple written notice.
- If the platform is ever shut down, your Forever Site will be deactivated, and access will no longer be available. However, you will have the opportunity to move the entire website away from our platform and install it as its own WordPress website on a hosting platform of your choice.
6. Governing Law:
- This Agreement is all about trust and good vibes, and it shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
By registering for a Forever Site with FeatheredVine Studio, you're agreeing to these terms.
