2024 Euro Muscle Strongman Contest

Log Clean and Press Each Rep

Athletes will have 60 seconds to clean and press as many reps as possible. Athletes must clean every rep and also wait for a “down” command.

Wrist wraps, sleeves, Strongman Corp or Cerberus grip shirts (only), belt and chalk are allowed.

Yoke Walk

Athletes can start under the yoke but not lifting. On the "Go" command athletes will pick the yoke up and carry the course for the field for 50 feet. The front of the yoke must cross the line. Athletes will have 20 seconds to move implement from starting line before they are disqualified from the event. Athletes are allowed to drop the yoke only once. Athletes that don't complete the course in the time allowance or drop more than once in a 50 feet span will be given a distance credit for the scoresheet.

YES: grip shirt, belts, under belts, elbow sleeve, knee sleeves and knee wraps are all allowed for this event. | NO: tacky of any kind. | Time limit 60 seconds

Farmer Implements will be carried 50ft, Front of the implements has to cross the line, unlimited drops, 60s time limit, 2 sec slide penalty, do not throw implements across the line or you will be zeroed. Pick height and weights will be noted soon.

30 sec time limit per attempt
Athlete must wait for down call from their judge
You can jump in/out, but once you miss you are out

Equipment allowed: Straps, figure 8 straps, belts, suits, briefs, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, chalk. 

Not allowed: Sumo (hands must be outside of legs) Deadlift hooks/versa straps, tacky of any kind.

DHL Truck Pull

Athletes will be given 60 seconds to pull vehicle 50' 

 

Awards: MEDALS or Trophies; 1st Place finisher of each open weight class will qualify for the Arnold Amatuer Strongman World Championships 2025. 

ENTRY FEE:  $20.00 ATHLETES WILL RECEIVE an athlete competiton shirt. There are NO REFUNDS.

By participating in Las Vegas Strongest, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Strongman Corporation, Euro Muscle, and its facilities from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from personal injury (including death) or property damage incurred during the event. This includes injuries resulting from participation in any event-related activities or the use of event facilities or equipment. I hereby grant Strongman Corporation, and/or any other approved video or entertainment organization and all of their agents, successors, licensees and assigns, the right to photograph or otherwise reproduce (whether by film, tape, still photography or otherwise) my voice, appearance and name, and to exhibit, distribute, transmit, and/or otherwise exploit any and all media, including without limitation, by means of still photography, motion pictures, radio, television, television motion pictures, video, printing or any other medium now known or hereafter devised, including with respect also to any merchandising, advertising and/or publicity, and the right to use my name and information about me in any connection with any of the foregoing. The rights granted by me hereunder are granted for the entire universe and shall endure in perpetuity and no further compensation shall be payable to me at any time in connection therewith. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate Strongman Corporation and/or any other approved video or entertainment organization, to photograph or otherwise reproduce my voice, appearance or name, or to make use of any rights granted herein.
