As an AI Manager for our AI Community within the Virtual Girlfriend Project, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a vibrant and engaged community of users and enthusiasts. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive environment where members can connect, share experiences, provide feedback, and contribute to the evolution of our virtual companion platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Proactively engage with community members across various platforms (social media, forums, chat groups, etc.), fostering meaningful interactions and building relationships.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts, to showcase the capabilities of our AI technology and encourage community participation.
- Feedback Gathering: Solicit feedback from users and community members to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, and collaborate with the development team to enhance the virtual companion experience.
- Moderation and Support: Monitor community discussions, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive and respectful environment within the community.
- Advocacy and Outreach: Identify and collaborate with influencers, advocates, and partners to amplify the reach of our AI community and promote our virtual companion platform.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track key metrics related to community engagement, sentiment, and feedback, and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors in the AI and virtual companion industry to identify best practices, innovative features, and areas for improvement within our project.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and advancements in AI technology and the adult industry to ensure our product remains competitive and offers a cutting-edge experience to our users.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Discord, its functionality, and characteristics, and/or other AI-friendly platforms.
- Proven experience in community management, preferably in the tech industry or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- AI Certifications: Possession of recognized certifications in the field of AI from institutions like Coursera, Google, DeepLearning, or IBM.
- Passion for technology, AI, and innovative digital experiences.
- Knowledge or experience within the adult industry.
- Creative mindset with a knack for developing engaging content and campaigns.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to leverage AI tools for research and productivity enhancement.
- Relevant certifications are an absolute plus within your application, such as:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Digital Marketing Certifications
- Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning Certification (IBM, Google, Coursera, CodeCademy are example of valid certifications)
