After receiving your inquiry, we will confirm availability and a member of our team will reach out. We will then arrange a time for you to come and collect the bike.

For pickup, the following are required:

1. A physical copy of your Driver's License and Passport
Please bring both your driver's license and passport when picking up your bike. We accept overseas and international licenses, provided they are valid and in English or accompanied by an official translation. This ensures we can verify your identity and eligibility to ride.
2. Debit or Credit Card
You’ll need a debit or credit card to cover the bond and the first week’s payment upfront. This will also be used to set up your ongoing weekly payments, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free payment process.
