Exhibitor Rules and Information
LOCATION: Aqua Boom Arts and Crafts will be held on the grassy lot next to Kingsland Community Church, located at 1136 Ranch Road 1431, Kingsland TX, 78639. This is just east of the main intersection of RR1431 and HWY 2900.
TIME: Vendor hours are 11:00am - 4:00pm, Thursday July 4th and 9:00am - 4:00pm Friday, July 5th. Later hours optional. Security will be provided Wednesday and Thursday nights. NO BREAKDOWN PERMITTED BEFORE 4:00PM ON Friday, JULY 5, 2024. These times are FIRM.
ATTENDANCE: The Kingsland grocery store estimates approximately 10,000+ visitors and guests pass through their store during the Aqua Boom 4th of July Celebration weekend. However, AquaBoom makes no guarantee of attendance at the arts & crafts site.
BOOTH FEE: 12’ x 12’ space is $180 (for 2 days) if paid before June 15, 2024. If payment is received after June 15, the cost is $230 (for 2 days). Payments may be made by check, cash, or credit card and must accompany all registration forms unless approved by the Vendor Coordinator. Make checks payable to Kingsland AquaBoom. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED AFTER JUNE 24, 2024. NO REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 24, 2024. NO REFUNDS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER!
SET-UP: Your space number will be assigned and issued upon arrival by the vendor coordinator on Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024. Kingsland AquaBoom provides the space only. Bring your own tables, chairs, tents, water, etc. All exhibitors must move their vehicles immediately after unloading to designated parking areas. Parking near the main tent is for your customers! You will be directed to exhibitor parking at check-in. Absolutely no exhibitors will be allowed to park in the vending area with the exception of loading and unloading.
VENDING: Vending must occur from rented spaces and may not exceed the space boundaries. Each exhibitor is solely responsible for his merchandise, property and business transactions. Merchandise left unattended is done so entirely at the owner’s risk. NO animals are permitted except certified service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability.
SALES TAX, PERMITS, ETC: Vendors are responsible for their own licenses or permits, whether it be food, resale or sales tax. If you have questions regarding this matter, call the Texas Comptroller at 1-800-252-5555. The amount due for 2024 is 6.25%.
CLEAN-UP: It is your responsibility to ensure that your area is left in a clean and orderly manner. Trash containers are available on site.
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS (MUST BE 501(C)3): There is NO booth fee for the first five non-profit organizations who submit a registration form. A current W9 form must be included with the registration. All other non-profit organizations will be charged half the normal registration fee. Not applicable to food vendor spaces.
I hereby release Kingsland AquaBoom and any of its volunteers, employees and directors from any responsibility for any injuries to me or my employees and for any loss or damage to personal property while participating in Aqua Boom 4th of July Celebration. I further acknowledge that it is the exhibitors’ responsibility to maintain all required licenses for sales tax or food as required by the state of Texas. Kingsland AquaBoom is not responsible for any such licenses. I have read and understand the rules and agree to abide by all the rules during my participation in Aqua Boom 4th of July Celebration. I understand no refunds or rain dates can be given.
