    Whilst the information below is optional, this information allows us to view your products when considering you for our event, it also allows us to easily promote you during our marketing. Without this information, it may decrease your chances of being selected for our event.

  • Pitch Fee

    Pitch fee: £55+VAT

    The pitch fee will be need to be paid upon confirmation. Once you have confirmed, we will send you an invoice. Please get this paid asap to confirm you on our line up.

    We provide you with 1 x 6ft x 2ft table. If you require more than this, you will be required to pay 2x pitch fees. If you want to bring your own table, please let us know beforehand, you will still be charged the £55+VAT pitch fee.

    Set up times

    Set up and pack down will be on the Saturday only.

    Street food traders are scheduled to arrive between 8:00am-10:00am. Market traders will have access from 10:30am onwards. Vehicles for market traders will not be permitted until 10:30am due to the traffic at the venue.

    Events start at 12:00pm so please ensure that no vehicles are on site past 11:30am.

    No packing down until the event has finished at 8:30pm.

    Event start and finish times

    Event start time: 12:00pm

    First session: 12:00pm-4:00pm

    Second session: 4:30pm-8:30pm

    Event finish time: 8:30pm
