You'll have the option to select from three different time slots for the demo class.

We suggest that parents accompany their children during the demo class at the center.

During this time, parents will have the opportunity to meet the academy founders. We will provide insights into the diverse array of activities and partnerships the academy has established with international institutions, and how these collaborations could positively impact your child

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) during the selected Demo Class. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by YLA ., I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless YLA . and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected Demo class sessions.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against YLA . including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event.
