CACUSS Proxy Form 2024

Voting members of the Canadian Association of College and University Student Services who are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting may exercise their voting rights by means of proxy. Only voting members are entitled to complete a proxy voting form to give a nominee permission to vote on their behalf; nominees must also be members in good standing.

The proxy voting form below will give your nominee permission to vote on all questions raised at the Annual General Meeting. If you wish to limit your proxy to one or more questions, or to instruct your nominee as to the manner in which your vote is to be cast, you must so indicate in writing at the bottom of the proxy voting form.

The proxy voting form must be deposited with the Secretariat or with the President of the Association prior to the time of voting. It therefore may be mailed (see mailing address below) or emailed (contact@cacuss.ca) to the CACUSS Secretariat or brought to the meeting by your nominee.
