Vendor Rules
Hosted by: Corner Community Market
Vendor Market Rules:
The Corner Community Market Board reserves the right to use its own discretion for any application that is submitted, and on products sold.
Corner Community Market Board has the right to amend the market rules at any time.
Corner Community Market may use any photos taken at the market for the website and marketing.
Products Sold:
- The number of vendors allowed in one event with the same or similar products is up to the discretion of the board (unless otherwise notated in the business rules to one per event)
- If a vendor participates in a multi-level marketing business that only allows one vendor per event, the Board will need to be made known of these rules if they apply (IE Thirty One Gifts, Color Street, Scentsy, etc.)
- Vendors are responsible for any damages resulting from the sale of their goods, or booth set up/take down. Vendors are expected to leave their booth or space in the same condition as received, and must clean up and pack out any and all trash at the end of the event day. Vendors should not use public trash receptacles for disposal of produce, boxes, or unsold merchandise.
- There is a $150 fee per booth space if a Corner Community Market has to clean up the space at the close of Market. That fee must be paid before the participant can sell at the Market again.
- Electrical services are unavailable at this time, please plan to attend without it.
- It is up each vendor to be aware and up to date on all local city/state requirements on products sold.
Event Operations:
- Corner Community Market will be held on June 8th 2024 from 9am - 2pm. Rain or shine, the event will proceed and vendors may still set up accordingly.
- The Event will be held at the Town of CrossRoads Park at 2042 FM424, CROSS ROADS, TX 76227.
- To prevent any liability and issues, all tents / canopies must be securely anchored to prevent it from becoming airborne. This means vendors must securely anchor the tent/canopy at all times with a minimum of 20 pounds of weight attached to each tent leg. Failure to do so will cause immediate dismissal from the event. (cat litter jugs and bungee cords are a good option!)
- The event hours are from 9am – 2pm. Booth set up starts at 8:00am, and take down must be done no later than 1 PM.
- Booth set up should be completed by the time the event begins. No setup will be allowed in after 8:30 am.
- Absolutely NO tear down of booths prior to market closing is allowed. Please wait until the event has ended to tear down as we may still have customers coming in and out, and do not want to take away from other’s business.
- Vendor vehicles may load and unload in the parking lot but must be moved and parked in the grass parking lot off towards the back of the lot during event hours. No vendor parking is allowed in the paved parking lot.
- You should not leave your car in the parking lot while setting up. Unload, move your car to the general parking lot, and come back to finish set up. We need to keep space open for vendors to be able to move in and out safely.
- Payment is made at time of application submission. Payments are non refundable.
- All vendor payments are allocated for dues and market expenses. Credits are not offered due to missed events.
- All equipment/tables must be provided by yourself - tents/canopies are not required
- Vendors are expected to cooperate with each other to ensure safe and timely event setup and breakdown.
- To keep up with all notifications, join and watch for updates made in the
- Facebook Group page, along with any emails.

- Once approved, no changes may be made without prior notification and approval by the event Board. Unauthorized changes may result in suspension.
- The Nineapple Holdings Board reserves the right to cancel any vendor's participation at any time, if and when the vendor is found in violation of any event rules or eligibility requirements.
All participants, with no exception, must sign legibly all event documents and releases before they are able to sell at the event.
