*Contract Terms and Conditions*
1.Vendors are responsible for their booth setup, cover, power/electrical, decoration, and ensuring it is operational during the event hours.
2. Vendors must maintain a neat and clean booth area.
3. Vendors are responsible for their own sales transactions and must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
4. Vendors are responsible for any applicable permits, licenses, and taxes related to their business.
1. The VFW Post 10254 Three Points and event organizers are not responsible for any theft or damage to vendor items, booth, or vehicles.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
1. Payment for the vendor space is due upon approval of application. Payment instructions will be provided upon approval of your application.
2. Cancellation requests made before February 9th, 2024, will be eligible for a refund, minus a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.
