FTM Travel is a service-based company. We work to create a well-crafted experience that exceeds your expectations. Our planning and service fees are based on the complexity of the vacation details. The fee will be due before the quoting process begins and may vary based on location/destination and dates of travel. If significant changes are made to the complexity of travel, dates of travel, supplier of travel, travelers, and destination, during the research process, an additional fee may be required. The fee covers up to three proposals within 2 months. Feedback and communication will be very important if the first round of quotes does not fit your vacation goals. Planning fees are service fees, which are above and beyond travel expenses. The amounts are for professional vacation planning beyond booking resort reservations. Service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Itinerary planning services and fees are forfeited if the client books the vacation on their own.
Component Pricing- Mary Hales Travel as well as our trusted partners assist in creating amazing proposals. In many cases, we will be providing contracted, bundled rate pricing as we put together the details of your vacation. Our partners have negotiated rates with their suppliers and we aren’t privy to the specifics. We cannot provide itemized breakdowns when booking a package because it is not provided to us. We book travel this way for the many benefits it offers our clients such as boots on the ground and emergency assistance when we are in different time zones.
