Editorial Form
Before we start editorial for your project, it will help to understand your book a little better. These questions will give your project manager and editors valuable insight into how to best serve your goals for the book’s content. It’s OK if you don’t have all the answers yet, but do your best to answer as thoroughly as possible. We can then discuss your answers in more detail during our editorial launch meeting, which your project manager will reach out to schedule soon. Before filling out this form, we recommend reading our guide to the editorial process at otterpine.com/editorial-process.

We STRONGLY prefer and recommend editing and revising in Word, as it has more advanced formatting capabilities and integrates more smoothly with our design software. Please check the appropriate box below:

I love writing and editing in Word and have my own subscription to Microsoft Office.
I’m okay writing and editing in Word but will need Otterpine to provide a guest subscription to Microsoft Office.
I hate Word and will only work in Google Docs.
