Revive Fashion Week is seeking dedicated and organized individuals to volunteer as Backstage Coordinators for our upcoming fashion shows. As a vital member of the backstage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the backstage area, coordinating the lineup of models, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the success of the event.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the lineup of models and cue them for their entrances onto the runway, ensuring that the show runs on time and according to the planned order.
Oversee the backstage area, ensuring that everyone is in the right place at the right time and that all tasks are being completed efficiently.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of dressing areas, organize clothing racks, and ensure that the backstage environment remains clean and organized throughout the event.
Communicate effectively with the backstage team, designers, stylists, and other key stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and prepared for their roles.
Handle any issues or emergencies that arise backstage, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
